Beginning on June 3rd, 2019, claim investigations can be directly summited through the “claim status inquiry” tab via NaviNet. It will no longer be necessary to go to Enhanced Provider Features for claim investigations. You will also be able to use the Claim Investigation Inquiry transaction on NaviNet to view the status of your investigations.
