Community Resources

Sometimes we all have challenges in just getting some help when we need it. Whether we need help with finding a baby sitter, paying our utility bills, groceries for the family, transportation, or housing - do you know who to reach out to in your community for advice?

Each community has a lot of caring and helpful resources available to you, but the challenge is knowing how to get connected with the help that is available. You can reach out to your WVFH Member Services Representative for contact information to groups that provide education, training, and assistance for you.

West Virginia Family Health (WVFH) wants you to know about them and can help you get connected. So, if you need help, call your Member Service Representative at 855-412-8001, Monday to Friday; the TTY number is 711 or 1-800-982-8771 to get some support and direction. We are more than just a Medicaid MCO – we care.

Need a clinic to help meet your medical needs, reach out to your local FQHCs (Federal Qualified Health Centers), school based health centers, or community health centers?
